Over his career, Alex has advised business owners, medical professionals, family offices, and private investors across more than $300M in commercial property transactions. He co-founded Vanta Advisory to build a firm with the discipline he felt was missing in the market - genuinely buy-side, analytically rigorous, and unwilling to present a deal that doesn't meet the brief. Operating out of Melbourne as the key Commercial Property Advisor at Vanta, Alex leads acquisitions and due diligence. His view is straightforward: the best commercial property decisions are made by rejecting most of what's available, understanding what the numbers actually mean, and securing assets for what they're worth - not what the vendor wants for them.
